The Vitality Westminster Mile is open to all ages and abilities, making it the perfect for introducing children to the joy of being active and participating in a mass event.
When raising a family, it’s easy for activity to fall by the wayside. When you’re juggling childcare with a job and/or household tasks, as well as the daily distractions that life throws at you, making time to run can seem an impossibility.

If you’re taking part in Swim Serpentine we recommend training at least twice a week for around eight weeks or more before the event, and there are two key areas to focus on, especially if you’re a beginner: getting swim fit and becoming acclimatised to open water swimming conditions. Check out coach Colin Hill’s introduction to open water swimming to find out more!
