Our dedicated team supports people with a range of disabilities to take part. Head to the event site to see what equipment and devices you can use on Event Day and the support on offer. When it comes to training, we have wheelchair training plans for all our running events, and you will find training tips below.
Training tips

Interested in a Support Runner?
If you are visually impaired, or your disability or medical condition means you need a support runner, you can apply for a free place for them. Please email us outlining your request and the reasons for it.
If you would like a Support Runner, The Richard Whitehead Supported Runners Project in partnership with Nissan can pair you with someone for Event Day. Register your interest with the Richard Whitehead Foundation to find out more.
