2025 Big Half The New Balance Big Relay

The New Balance Big Relay

The New Balance Big Relay is held on the same incredible 13.1-mile course as The Big Half and is split into four legs of around 5K each.

This means you can soak up the atmosphere of the half without having to go the full distance.

When: Sunday 7 September 2025
Terrain: Road - fast and flat
Elevation gain: 218 feet

As the course is divided into four legs, it’s perfect for participants of mixed abilities or anyone who isn’t able to run a full 13.1 miles – you just need to be able to cover approximately 5K.

Teams must be made up of four members who take on one leg each. Each team needs a captain, who must be at least 18 years old on Event Day. The rest of the team must be aged 15 or above on Event Day.
