You can pick up your replacement pack at the following locations:

If you live outside the UK, you'll collect your Event Pack from the locations listed above between the times stated.

2. Plan your journey to the Start Line

You will need to head to the Event Village, which is located on Middle Common in Royal Victoria Park. You can plan your journey using You.Smart.Thing.

Participant travel is one of the biggest contributors to carbon emissions at our events, so please use public transport if possible.

Great Western Railway will be running additional train services before and after the event.

There will be a number of changes and diversions to normal scheduled bus services on Event Day. For full details, visit Travel West.

If you're looking to use Park & Ride. Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Park & Rides at Lansdown and Odd Down will be operating extended services on Event Day. Services will start at 07:30 and operate every six minutes until the start of the event. Please note: no services will run from Newbridge.

3. Get to know what is available to you on Event Day

If your period falls on Event Day, you can find tampons and pads at the Information Point and Drinks Stations.

If you have a bladder or bowel condition, a Just Can’t Wait Toilet Card explains you have a medical condition and need urgent access to a toilet. Download the card from the Bladder and Bowel Community website. From that page, you can also purchase a plastic card. There are also bladder pads at the Information Point and Drinks Stations.

If you are visually impaired, or your disability or medical condition means you need a support runner, you can apply for a free place for them. Please email us outlining your request and the reasons for it.

If you would like a Support Runner, The Richard Whitehead Supported Runners Project in partnership with Nissan can pair you with someone for Event Day. You can register your interest on the Richard Whitehead Foundation website.

4. Pick your plan

First of all, pick one of our Training Plans and get familiar with the course.

5. Set up your fundraising page

You can sign up to Enthuse, our official fundraising platform, here.

If you don’t have a charity place you can still fundraise for charity!
