TCSLM Participant Guide 2025

Participant guide

In the lead-up to the TCS London Marathon we’ll email your Participant Guide to you, which includes everything you need to know about getting to the Start Line – and more!

In the meantime, here’s some guidance for you.

1. Plan to pick up your Event Pack

Your Event Pack contains your all-important bib number. You will collect this at the TCS London Marathon Running Show from Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 April at the ExCeL London.

We recommend you attend on Wednesday or Thursday to avoid queues. If you can't pick it up, someone can collect it on your behalf – details of how to do this will be in your Participant Guide.

2. Get to know what is available to you on Event Day

We have a Sensory Calm Space, Parent and Child Space (for breastfeeding/pumping and entertaining young children) and a Multi Faith Prayer Space

If your period falls on Event Day, you can find tampons and sanitary towels at the info points and drink stations.

If you have a bladder or bowel condition, a Just Can’t Wait Toilet Card explains you have a medical condition and need urgent access to a toilet. You can download the card, issued by the Bladder and Bowel Community, for free. From that page, you can also purchase a plastic card. There are also bladder pads at the info points and drink stations.

If you are visually impaired, or your disability or medical condition means you need a support runner, you can apply for a free place for them. Please email us outlining your request and the reasons for it.

If you would like a Support Runner, The Richard Whitehead Supported Runners Project in partnership with Nissan can pair you with someone for Event Day. You can register your interest on their site.
