The 2022 TCS London Marathon finisher’s medal was designed to be bold, accessible and memorable, marking a new chapter in the event’s 42-year history.
Depicting London’s iconic skyline, this year’s medal is a striking display of black and pink that proudly recognises every finisher’s 26.2-mile journey, no matter what their reason for taking part. Embossed with Braille and featuring a ribbon made from recycled materials, the medal reflects the event’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and environmental sustainability.
Now, it's time for us to run together around the world and write our own stories. If you're joining us this year, we hope you’ll wear your medal with pride.
Over 26.2 miles we’ll find out who we are and what we can achieve. We’ll follow in the footsteps of legends, source inspiration from those around us and experience a world-famous event unlike any other.
