Your Participant Guide and Swim Pack
Don't miss these in the lead-up to the event
We can't wait to see you on 19 September 2026! Your Participant Guide, which contains everything you need to know about your swim, will be emailed to you several weeks before the event. Check out the 2025 guide below for reference.
Your Swim Pack - containing your swim hat, kitbag, timing tag and wristband - will be posted to the address in your Let's Do This account, so please keep it up to date.
If you live outside of the UK, you will need to collect your Swim Pack. Full details will be shared in your Participant Guide nearer to Event Day.
