The essentials

Congratulations on purchasing your charity places!

You’ll receive an email confirming your place allocation.

Below is what you need to do next to market and allocate your places, receive your donations, and make sure participants have everything they need to get to the Start Line.

1. Get familiar with your Partner Dashboard on Let’s Do This

You’ll be asked to set up an account with Let’s Do This, our registration platform (if you haven’t got an account already). It’ll allow you to do everything from allocating entries to checking how many places you’ve filled.

We’ve prepared this handy how-to guide, which includes everything from logging in for the first time to sending out invites to participants.

If you’ve purchased places before and already have a Let’s Do This account, you can log back in to get going.

2. Remind participants of the registration deadline

If your participants don't complete their event registration by the dates stated below, they won't be able to take part, so they must complete this soon after you’ve sent the invites.

You can keep an eye on who has registered via Let's Do This, in case you need to give them a little nudge.

 3. Onboard with Enthuse to receive your donations

Enthuse is our official online fundraising platform. Once your participants have registered, a fundraising page will automatically be generated for them.

To receive their fundraising money, you’ll need to onboard your charity with Enthuse. To do this, please refer to Enthuse’s onboarding guide.

If you have any questions about Enthuse, please email their Support Team.

4. Let participants know how they’ll receive their Event Packs

The Event Pack contains the all-important bib number and timing chip, as well as other important items such as a kitbag (depending on the event). Without their Event Pack, participants can't take part in an event.

For the 2025 TCS London Marathon, participants will need to collect their Event Pack from the TCS London Marathon Running Show from Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 April 2025 at the ExCeL London.

For all the other events, their Event Pack will be posted to the address saved in their Let’s Do This account – so remind them to keep this up to date.

Once registered, participants will receive regular email newsletters from us. They’ll also be sent a Participant Guide, which includes everything they need to know before, during and after the event.

5. Let us know if we can support participants with disabilities

If a participant is visually impaired or has a medical condition meaning they need a support runner, they can apply for a free place for them. All you need to do is email us, outlining the request with the following information:

  • The participant’s full name and entry reference number
  • Details of their health condition and why support is required
  • Details of any other reasonable adjustments for them to safely participate
  • Written documentation from a medical professional to support the request

If any of your participants would like a Support Runner, The Richard Whitehead Supported Runner Project, can pair them with someone for Event Day

Please also let participants know they can read about all the support offered at each event by visiting the event site.

6. Download our marketing resources to help fill places

We’ve prepared a toolkit for you; it includes everything from social assets to marketing resources to help you fill your places. We will let you know when these are available.

7. What if someone drops out?

If a participant drops out before the registration deadline, you can cancel their registration and reallocate their place on Let’s Do This. Please refer to the how-to guide.

You can’t make any changes if they drop out after the deadline.

8. Can we roll over unused places?

Places for the following events are eligible to roll over:

GetPRO Bath Half Marathon

Up to 15% of any unsold entries can be rolled over to the 2026 event, for a fee of £20. After Event Day, we’ll be in touch regarding places that are eligible to be rolled over to the following year. Please note that charity places belong to the charity, rather than the participant, which means it is up to your discretion if you assign any places to the same participant in cases of dropouts or injuries.

The TCS London Marathon

Places can be rolled over for one year. After Event Day, we’ll be in touch regarding places that are eligible to be rolled over to the following year.

Places for the following events are not eligible to roll over: Brighton Marathon Weekend, The Big Half, Swim Serpentine, Vitality London 10,000.

These entries will expire if they are unfilled by the registration deadline.

9. How do we update our charity’s contact details?

If you want to change your nominated contact, please email our Charities Team with the name and email address of your new contact.
