Undertaking a marathon is no mean feat. Respect the distance and your body by preparing for Event Day in the following ways.

Martin Yelling, the Official TCS London Marathon coach, has produced training plans that have helped thousands of participants, from beginner to advanced, prepare for Event Day.

As much as we love running, sometimes it can be tough to stay motivated throughout your training. Life is busy, and it can be hard to get the balance right and find time to fit it all in, and this is when we usually find that motivation starts to dip.
